Zoe in my opinion with the staff that she has assembled without a doubt is what made our experience what it was. High end villa's like the Bird of Paradise are few and far between. You and your husband are extremely fortunate people to have all of them. They are without a doubt what sets Bird of Paradise above the rest. Claude Smith, our tech guru, will arrive your first morning to make sure your computers, iPods, etc. are connected to our system. He will also review the instructions for TVs, DVD players, etc.
Wilson Reid is the Bird of Paradise poolman. He comes to the Bird of Paradise twice a week to clean and balance the pools.
