The homes are ideal for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. Bird of Paradise alone has seating for 50 and dining for 24.

Bedrooms

The two villas together have 7 bedrooms with kings. 3 bedrooms with queens, and 1 bedroom with king or twins. Office/12th bedroom has daybeds for young children or can be set up as a nursery. Eleven en suite bathrooms.

Beach, Pools, Jacuzzi and Tennis

The villas have 3 swimming pools and one jacuzzi, as well as a tennis court.From both villas a set of stairs lead to Sandy Hill Bay beach. Anguilla boasts 32 beaches within 30 square miles.

Cost

Depends on season and number of guests. For high season (January 5 to April 1), thedaily rate for two villas with 11 bedrooms plus office/12th bedrooms is $7,875/night + 10% tax + 10% service. Cost with chef for one meal a day is $8,840/night ++.
